My goodness!

It's certainly been a while since I last posted! I've been so very busy with cakes over the last few weeks, especially the last few days with Mother's Day! I lost count of how many gift boxes I did after 25 of them! Everyone seemed really pleased with them so I was more than happy with how they turned out!
I dread to think how many cupcakes I've baked over the last couple of weeks! I've unfortunately worn out another hand mixer! That makes 4 since December! I'm now looking for a new one, am going to find a decent one, I've been advised to try a Dualit one so I'm now on the hunt for one!
What do you think of my Irish St Patrick's Day Cupcakes? I made the glitter from caster sugar and shimmery lustre dust. Since the FSA have changed guidelines it's a job to find suitable glitters to use. The hats and shamrocks were hand made.

And here are some Hello Kitty cupcakes! The toppers were hand made by me, drawn and cut by hand and individually decorated.

These are my first ever fondant covered cupcakes! I normally go for a swirl but this design called for a flat top. They took a while to do but I love the way they turned out! They've all got handmade decorations in a baby girl baby shower theme. I did baby faces, baby bottles and bow topped cupcakes!

Mickey Mouse - Disney cupcakes made for a birthday. Lemon cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and handmade edible toppers.

What about this 50th Birthday Cake! All handmade and edible decorations!

And lastly here's my carved Mickey Mouse Cake. The decorations were made from all hand cut fondant from a sketch I drew of Mickey!
